A unique and confidential username and
password will be provided to you once you have read and
agreed to these terms and conditions:
- As an Outdoor Holiday Planner you are bound by this
agreement for a minimum of 1 year.
- As an Outdoor Holiday Planner you are not permitted
to receive any gift or incentive from any Associate
Company or non-Associate Company that would prejudice
the provisions of your service. In the event of collusion,
both the Planner and the Associate Company will have
forfeited this agreement and be immediately withdrawn
from the program.
- In the event that this agreement is terminated prior
to the expiration date all commissions are forfeit
from the day of cancellation.
- Reservations are restricted to companies that are
listed with Outdoor Holiday.ca
- All commission payments will be in Canadian Funds
and paid by cheque within 30 days of a customer making
a full and cleared payment of their invoice with the
Associate Company.
- When a foreign exchange rate must be applied, Outdoor
Holiday will use the current applicable exchange according
to the Bank of Canada.
- All Planners are subject to our Company Privacy
Policy. Outdoor Holiday reserves the right to suspend
or terminate, at any time, any Planner that has inappropriately
represented this policy.
